The Jackson Ministerial Food Pantry is located in the Old City Hall Building (now Cox Hall) at 225 South High Street in Jackson. It is staffed by volunteers from the churches of Jackson and supported by donations of food as well as monetary contributions from the citizens of Jackson, community and civic organizations, and the United Way.

The Food Pantry is open Monday and Thursday from 9-11 a.m. and 1-3 p.m. We serve residents in Cape Girardeau County, outside the city limits of Cape Girardeau. Individuals may receive a 3-5 day supply of food once every 30 days. Also, vouchers for gas and fresh food items are available after talking with a minister.

During 1998 the Alliance helped 556 families and gave out $1,510.00 in food vouchers and $13,864.00 in actual food.
