The Jackson Senior Center serves a nutritious hot noon meals to Senior Citizens age 60 and over and their guest. The meal includes drink and dessert for an affordable suggested donation of $3.00 Monday through Friday from 11:00 am to 12:30 pm.   The Senior Center offers its Nutrition Program which is funded by clint contributions through a suggested donation for the noon meal, a nutrition service contract with the Southeast Missouri Area Agency on Aging, Senior Citizens' Services Fund Board Contract, and the Area Wide United Way. The Jackson Senior Center provides so much more than just nutrition. The fellowship and socialization that participants experience is a very important part of daily existence. The Center welcomes all Seniors to participate in its programs and activities.   Meal Service Monday through Friday from 11:00 to 12:30.   Nutritionally balanced meals delivered Monday through Friday to Senior Citizens age 60 and over. Home delivered meals may also be available for the handicapped person age 18 to 59. Meals delivered to the homebound for an affordable $3.00 donation.
